With two locations in St. Anthony and Rexburg our patient populations come from all over Eastern Idaho to receive the high standard of care which is a fundamental to our organization.  We strive to improve the quality of our patient's lives who would otherwise have limited access to health care. We are seeking an internal medicine physician with similar values to join our team of talented providers to help us better serve Eastern Idaho.  Candidate will work within our medical clinics, under the direction of the Chief Medical Officer, focusing on adult medicine and the complexities of an aging population.

Qualifications:

1. Current Idaho State Medical License
2. Current D.E.A. Certificate
3. Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine. If Board Eligible at the time of hire, must be board certified within 3 years of hire date
4. Insurability (malpractice)
5. Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certificate (CPR)
6. ACLS or Advanced Life Support within 12 months of employment, if appropriate
7. Must be eligible to participate with CMS programs
8. Must pass a federal background check
