The Idaho Immunization Coalition is looking to collaborate with like-minded organizations on a variety of projects. This includes mobile vaccine clinics, health fairs, and community events in Idaho. They can provide onsite vaccine education to clinics and to the community. They want to hear from healthcare providers about what type of education they would like from their staff, this includes immunizations and related topics (motivational interviewing, trauma-informed care, etc). The IIC has a small grants program (I have attached the application), where they can provide up to $500 for vaccine-related activities. IIC is looking for healthcare professionals who are passionate about vaccines and would like to become involved in the advocacy process (this does not mean testing during legislation, but instead having coffee with a legislator to provide education). They provide a great deal of support for those who want to go down that road.
