"Give Kids a Smile" Program Provides Free Dental to Children

Terry Reilly Health Services, in collaboration with the American Dental Association and the Idaho State Dental Association, participated in the second annual Give Kids a Smile program.
Lack of dental care is a bigger problem than most people realize, said dentist Melinda Jensen. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, cavities are one of the most chronic health problems of children in the United States.
On Friday, Terry Reilly employees in Boise, Nampa, Homedale and Middleton spent the morning providing dental exams, cleanings, fluoride, fillings and extractions for eligible children.
