Family Medicine Residency of Idaho and Saltzer Medical Group have announced a new partnership for pediatric care. With this new affiliation, patients will have improved access to behavioral and mental health professionals, nutritional services and care coordination.
"Tremendous efforts have been made to make this transfer of patient care as seamless and smooth as possible for the former Saltzer patients and families," stated a press release for Saltzer Medical Group. Two locations, in Nampa and Meridian, are scheduled to open and provide services on September 1, 2017.
