Join for a chance to see payer integration tools in action! This initial training will be a generalized overview of the Payer Integration Module by Azara DRVS to help CHCs understand how to effectively use the tool to advance value-based care transformation and close care gaps.

Following the Overview Training, each CHC will have one one-hour one-on-one training session called "Learning Labs" facilitated and scheduled by Azara DRVS. Emily Holzman and Molly Wack will be reaching out to each of your health centers to schedule individual Learning Labs. This will be a chance to ask further questions and develop a deeper understanding as it pertains to you and your health center.

In these Learning Labs, participants will gain:

* Expertise in accessing payer data
* Skills in care gap reconciliation
* Tools to successfully tackle value-based care transformation
