  • 1.  IdaLink Medicaid Application - Verifying identity issue?

    Hello all,

    Rather than schedule a few clients and not be able to get thru the process...

    I am wondering if anyone has been able to get thru Idalink with a NEW client who has never completed an application on IdaLink, AND been able to get thru the Experian identity verification process....

    I have reported that this problem has been happening to DHW 2-3 times, but I wondered if anyone has gotten thru the process this week, 11/20-22/2023?

    I have failed with IdaLink and ended up going back to the paper form and fax or email it in.  Most people who need Medicaid need it now, the wait, or DHW stating the application didn't come through on IdaLink is crazy.  I have given up and find it faster with paper form (PDF) and emailing.

    I agree with Carrie. I've never used IdaLink. I prefer paper applications scanned and emailed. At least, that way, I have some control.

    If I can help it, I do not use Idalink. It is too unreliable. I fax paper applications and have a better result.

    I love ida Link. Especially after thier update. I have done numerous applications at least one daily for the last 3-4 weeks. I have not had any issues with verifying identity. I have not had any issues with things not getting turned in.

    It's definitely a faulty new upgrade. I have only been successful one time so far. Drives me crazy. Why make an upgrade that is really in fact a downgrade.
