If you missed it, on May 26, 2021 from 11-12:30pm MST, IPCA hosted the first of a 2-part webinar series with HealthCare Ready regarding Emergency Preparation and Management Strategies. This session focused on introducing and describing tactics, strategies, and resources that can be utilized by FQHCs to improve engagement and strengthen relationships with community partners. In this session, we spent time:

• Taking stock of partnerships (partnership mapping exercises)
• Exploring partnerships in practice (filling gaps and cultivating relationships)
• Discussing resource and relationship inventory
• Learning through scenario-based discussion

Audience: 

We've designed this session with HealthCare Ready to target Emergency Prep/Management Leads, Risk Management Officers, and Quality Improvement Staff. Much of the content may also be applicable to Leadership Teams, including CFOs, COOs and CMOs.
