Susan Ault

Susan Ault has over 30 years’ experience in public health and over 25 years as a nurse practitioner. She is licensed as a Nurse Practitioner and is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality. Prior to coming to IPCA, she was a Quality Improvement Coordinator for St. Luke’s Health System where she led interdisciplinary teams of staff to identify process improvements that enhance safety and clinical outcomes, collected, reviewed and reported through scorecards and research projects, clinical data for process improvements and strategic decision making and conducted research and created and maintained reports for physicians, staff and supervisory committees to assist in development of clinical practice guidelines. She also was Executive Director of the Idaho Alliance of Leaders in Nursing, a 200-member statewide organization with the mission of assuring a quality nursing workforce in Idaho. She wrote and monitored a HRSA grant and developed a contract with BSU for support of the Idaho Nursing Workforce Center (INWC) and provided administrative oversight of $200,000 nursing scholarship funds and $275,000 Hospital Allocated Funds to facilities.
