Susan Ault is the Quality Improvement and Innovation Lead at the Idaho Community Health Center Association, where she supports clinical quality improvement across medical, dental, pharmacy, quality and care management workgroups. She also currently manages the ICHCA Health Center Controlled Network (HCCN) activities including emergency preparedness, health information technology management, cybersecurity, and Artificial Intelligence workgroups.
