Michael has over 17 yrs experience in all aspects of information systems, infrastructure development, and network management. He was a key staff member of the state HIE, Idaho Health Data Exchange (IHDE) at its inception in 2008, and after his employment became a member of the IHDE Board of Directors – a position he still holds. Michael has a BBA w/CIS major from Boise State University.
