Lori came to work at the Idaho Community Health Center Association in March 2022 in the capacity of a Value Based Care Consultant. Her scope of practice is surrounding the education of our Health Centers in understanding how the bonus payout structures work, assessing and understanding the various data points needed to demonstrate success, and assisting in the development of the tools needed to improve coding in the areas of HCC codes and CPT code utilization. This focus will include a include revenue cycle assessments and improvements.
Prior to joining the ICHCA , Lori has held a variety of roles in the area of Revenue Cycle in both FQHCs, Rural Health Care clinics, Critical Access Hospitals and private practices. Lori has been highly involved in the Value Based Care environment from both a contracting perspective and quality improvement perspective.
