Jimmie became part of the ICHCA in 2022 as the Value-Based Payment Manager. As the Value-Based Payment Manager, he supports CHCs in their development and implementation of Value-Based Contracts. Championing the CHCs to payers with the goal of achieving mutually beneficial contract terms that are based on data and aim is inherent to his role with ICHCA. He is dedicated to facilitating continued alignment of CHCs around policy and processes that are conducive to successful outcomes for participants, providers, and payers.
Prior to joining the ICHCA, he worked with Pathways of Idaho, OHSU NICH (Novel Interventions in Children’s Health) Program, A&R Case Management, and the Pathways Community Crisis Center of Southwest Idaho. He has held roles in direct client care as well as program/policy management.
When not at work, Jimmie enjoys exercising, all things outdoors, and spending time with his family and friends. Having been raised in Colorado, he is a fan of all major sports teams that call The Mile High City home.
