ICHCA has an opportunity to help CHCs create training videos for staff and clinicians. We have heard from a few clinics that training videos could help with regular onboarding content that is often provided by the same person(s) each time a new staff or clinician joins the clinic. For example, common patient diagnosis covered each time a new primary care provider starts. Rather than taking the time away from another provider to review these, a video could provide on-demand content anytime it's needed.
If you have trainings or content that might work well as an on-demand video (that ICHCA could house on our LMS, if needed), please let us know by early January by emailing Robin Donovan: rdonovan@idahochc.org
If your clinic has examples of training videos you would be willing to share with us, we would love to see those for production ideas!
