Good afternoon everyone,
Does your clinic have workforce wins and woes? Please take a moment to complete ICHCA's 2023 Workforce Needs Assessment which will help in creating a sustainable and skilled workforce for Community Health Centers (CHCs). Understanding your clinic's workforce barriers, needs, successes and opportunities is imperative when deciding where to develop, create and engage in CHC workforce activities. The needs assessment is short and provides an opportunity for you to let us know how we can better support and assist you and your clinic. Each question has been created around tangible projects, programs and partnerships so that we can take action based on your responses. Since all employees are workforce, please share far and wide, this is an entirely inclusive needs assessment. Results will be shared with all participating CHCs.
