The Diabetes Alliance of Idaho is connecting interested individuals with pre-diabetes and diabetes to programs in their area. Interested individuals are encouraged to visit the DAI website and complete a questionnaire providing their contact information. This information will be forwarded to their closest Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP) or Diabetes Self-Management Education and Support (DSMES) program. The individual will receive an email with the details of any programs in their area.
