Leadership Committees & Learning Teams

ICHCA and CHCNI regularly gather heath center staff to meet and discuss topics relevant to their positions. Below are all current  Leadership Committees and Learning Teams.

Leadership Committees are granted authorities by the Board and report regular updates via monthly board meetings. Board committees are either in the bylaws of the organization or established to provide input needed for the proper governance and smooth operation of the entities.

CHCNI VBC Performance Committee

Established for the purpose of overseeing the integrity of the general operations and quality activities of CHCNI. The Committee will recommend operation improvements and mitigative strategies to members that will directly enhance the performance of the network in quality outcomes and cost containment.

Steering Committees (1)

Steering Committees are a function or requirement for grant governance. Steering committees report to the full board on a regular basis for governance, to inform and to provide needed guidance to the grant in question.

Learning Teams (18)

    Open to CHC staff with relevant role and responsibilities  

ICHCA hosts a variety of groups designed to connect health center staff across the state. Whether focused on sharing best practices, tackling specific quality improvement initiatives, or working through programs and tools within the centers, these groups provide ongoing opportunities for collaboration, learning, and connection. Participants can share feedback that informs ICHCA activities and learning programs. On an annual basis funding, quality, and resource commitment will be evaluated, although the intent is that these are long term groups.
