Hi everyone, 

Your Health Idaho has created a FAQs help guide to provide more information about the upcoming APTC eligibility changes. Beginning this fall, APTC eligibility will transition from the Department of Health and Welfare to Your Health Idaho if the patient is not eligible for other programs (SNAP, Medicaid, CHIP, etc). If you were not able to attend, check out Your Health Idaho's APTC Eligibly Customer Support Update webinar that was held on July 13th.  Log into your learning management system to access the recording. If you have more questions, contact Your Health Idaho at connectors@yourhealthidaho.org.

Quick reminder that the Department of Health and Welfare has established a direct line for assisters to improve response time and help your patients better. Email SRAgentEscalation@dhw.Idaho.gov for immediate assistance.

I looked for the APTC Eligibly Customer Support Update In my LMS but was unable to locate it in the 2021 Webinars section. Can you tell me under which category can I find it?
