Kyle Rooks currently serves as the Government Affairs Director at ICHCA, and has dedicated over 12 years to the mission of federally qualified health centers in a variety of capacities. In his current role he is responsible for executing focused policy and advocacy agendas that support Idaho’s health centers and serves as the primary interface for governmental affairs. Prior to this he managed public affairs, fundraising, grant management, and patient navigation services at a local community health center.
