Kyle Rooks leads the Idaho Community Health Center Association, working alongside member health centers, state agencies, elected officials, payers, and stakeholders to advance the health center mission across Idaho.
Kyle is active across the full range of policy issues shaping Idaho's FQHCs, working to ensure member health centers have a strong, unified voice in state policy and understand the critical role FQHCs play in delivering high-quality care to underserved communities at minimal cost.
Kyle focuses on building a network where health centers are better connected, better resourced, and better positioned to serve their patients. He brings over a decade of direct FQHC experience to this work, giving him a practical understanding of the challenges and opportunities health centers face on the ground every day.
