Monica develops and manages workforce programs, learning opportunities, apprenticeship initiatives, and strategic partnerships that support the recruitment, retention, and professional growth of healthcare professionals across the state. Monica works closely with community health centers, educational institutions, and workforce partners to build sustainable career pathways and expand access to healthcare careers, particularly in rural and underserved communities.
Additionally, through collaboration, innovation, and a commitment to workforce excellence, she helps ensure Idaho's community health centers are equipped to meet the evolving healthcare needs of the populations they serve.
