Matt Wimmer has served as the Director of Network Enhancement for the Community Health Center Network of Idaho (CHCNI) since 2023. CHCNI is a clinically integrated network of 14 CHCs serving patients in Idaho. CHCNI has generated over $23M in shared savings and quality incentives for its member CHCs since its inception in 2012 and participates in the Medicare Shared Savings Program as well as value-based arrangements with Medicare Advantage and commercial market payers.
Matt works closely with Idaho CHC population health staff and CHC leaders to improve quality and cost-efficiency performance in cooperation with payers. Additionally, Matt coordinates with ICHCA HCCN staff on technology supports for CHC efforts to improve quality and patient care experience.
