Sara Beeks is the Health Access Manager at the Idaho Community Health Center Association, where she supports Idaho’s community health centers through population health programs, health coverage education, outreach and enrollment efforts, and community support services. She works closely with outreach and enrollment teams, Community Health Workers, and community partners across the state to strengthen access to care and improve connections to resources.
Sara also helps maintain partnerships between Idaho’s community health centers and Your Health Idaho, along with other partners supporting coverage and access efforts.
In addition, Sara helps coordinate Community Health Worker education opportunities in partnership with the University of Idaho and supports programs that strengthen and advance the work of CHWs within Idaho’s community health centers.
