NACHC is launching its third annual Outreach and Enrollment Learning Collaborative. The focus this year will be applying Lean Process Improvement principles to Health Center Outreach and Enrollment workflows and processes. The Learning Collaborative will feature six workshops and optional coaching sessions to Health Center O&E staff. Workshop sessions may include relevant policy updates (as necessary) related to the Public Health Emergency unwinding, Medicaid Redeterminations, Special Enrollment Periods, etc.NACHC is working with Lean Consultant Mindy Hangsleben, CEO, Varyn Consulting, on this Learning Collaborative. We are looking for 2-3 PCA O&E staff who can support the Learning Collaborative in the role of breakout session facilitators and subject matter experts in discussions related to O&E workflows.
