This summer, Intend Health Strategies is offering two new leadership courses to Idaho Community Health Center (CHC) employees funded 100% by a grant from Cambia Health Foundation.
Intend Health Strategies is an organization committed to providing training and support to healthcare clinicians, teams, and institutions. Their workshops are grounded in Relational Leadership, a practical approach to working better together that prioritizes the quality of relationships as a driving force of better healthcare and better health.
Each course is 4 weeks long and cohorts meet once per week on Wednesday mornings. Weekly workshops are 3 hours in duration, participants will have 1 hour of self-study each week. All CHC members and employees are welcome to attend the below courses:
June 7-28: Relational Healthcare with an Equity Lens
- Who should attend: Members of patient care teams, formal leaders, patient-facing roles
August 2-23: Relational Practices in Quality Improvement
- Who should attend: Quality improvement teams
