I wanted to highlight a couple of upcoming webinars we will be hosting next week:
February 9th, 2023 12:30pm MST (11:30am PST): Idaho Area Health Education Centers Lunch & Learn
Idaho's Area Health Education Centers offer a variety of ways to connect with health care careers students interested in supporting rural, underserved communities. CHCs can play an integral role in supporting their journey while having them volunteer in ways that help patients, staff, clinicians and the broader community. There are also opportunities for providers to earn CE credits based on the types of trainings they are looking for through SWI AHEC which will be discussed as well.

This 60-minute webinar will provide specific information on providing primary care to patients at risk for suicide, identifying patients in your practice as well as information on "language matters." Providers and their teams will learn some "micro interventions" to use during a primary care visit, risk assessments and safety planning. CMEs will be provided to attendees by Concert Health.
