Family Medicine Residency of Idaho (FMRI) and Family Medicine Health Centers (FMHCs) announced on May 16th their rebrand to Full Circle Health. The unveiling of the new brand identity follows extensive research and development that began in the fall of 2020.

“With so much growth happening in Idaho, we knew it was the right time to evolve our brand to really tell our story,” said Dr. Ted Epperly, Full Circle Health President and CEO. “The work we do every day through our residency program and eight health centers is fulfilling our mission to educate the next generation of physicians while helping to build healthy, thriving communities in the Treasure Valley and beyond.”

Full Circle Health recognized the importance of capturing insight from every touchpoint in their organization including board members, employees, current and former residents, and patients. Personal interviews were conducted along with online surveys and then all findings were compiled to guide the direction of the rebrand. While the majority of feedback was overwhelmingly positive, a great need to better unify their residency program and health centers under one brand was realized.
“We understood the challenge of finding a name that encompassed both our commitment to education and ability to serve patients throughout every stage of life,” said Tad Arnt, Full Circle Health Chief Operating Officer. “Our new name also needed to grow with us whether it be expanding our residency programs or opening new health centers.”

The new name reflects the organization’s core values and brand promise. A circle represents unity and is the geometric symbol of completeness and inclusivity. Full Circle Health cares for the whole being – mind, body, and spirit. They aim for excellence in providing patients with high-quality care and in recruiting top-notch residents. They better the health of Idaho by serving all with open doors, open minds and open hearts.

“Our name and logo may have changed, but our mission and commitment to the health of Idaho remain the same,” said Arnt.
