F Cancer has traditionally worked with Federally Qualified Health Centers to provide free and low-cost screenings and preventive vaccines in high-risk communities, and increase education about cancer prevention and early detection. By focusing our efforts on the communities at highest risk for cancer, we are able to make the greatest impact possible to improve health equity. We are interested in proposals from FQHCs, community-based organizations, or co-led projects between the two. Awards will be made up to $50,000 for a one-year grant.
Eligibility
- Must be a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) or community-based organization
- Must work in a county or region where fewer than 70% of females age 40+ have had a mammogram in the past 2 years
