    Good afternoon,

Do any other health centers offer transportation to their patients?  I am hoping to connect with anyone that can provide me more information on their program or what resources they are using in their community.  Thank you!

We do here at Terry Reilly Health Center. We offer Lyfts to our patients and have a patient transportation van we can utilize. Let me know if you would like more information or would like to set up a time to talk.

Heritage Health provides some transportation, using primarily the Med transport for our Medicaid patients. Feel free to reach out to me if you'd like to learn more.

Unfortunately, we do not provide transportation but it is a growing issue around our three clinics. Does anyone know about any grants that are out there that we could apply for?

I wish! Locally, if you don't have someone to transport you to the Clinic, you are out of luck. Some people have been known to call 911 to get to the Clinic for reasonably minor health issues. Of course, that can create problems because we are limited on ambulances and ambulance crews.

The lack of transportation for local and out-of-town doctor visits has been an issue in our area FOREVER!
