ICHCA received funds to support Spanish language outreach, so ICHCA purchased a Babbel business account and is now offering Spanish language courses for all levels of proficiency! For all people already on my wait list, I will contact you directly.
Babbel is a language learning platform that is app based. Babbel's intuitive lessons center on learning a language through real-life conversations and provide modules focused on cultural competency and medical terminology.
Priority given to patient facing staff and those addressing SDOH related barriers in patient populations (enrollment counselors, case managers, population health specialists, front desk). The program will be made available to operations and medical staff in later cohorts. Once I receive that, I'll provide more info once the first cohort is about to begin.
